Let me help you by being your Virtual HR Assistant. I’m a certified Virtual Assistant and currently work part-time as a HR Assistant at a UK Tech startup.

I will shortlist up to 5 candidates for you from an applicant pool of up to 50 people.

My service offering:

– Screen and shortlist applications made on the Company site in line with already published Job description.
– Email correspondence with candidates, this includes sending rejection responses, scheduling initial interviews
and follow-up emails.
– Update Applicant Tracker with shortlisted applicant details. This can be done via Google Sheets or any
Applicant Tracking Software you are using.
– Schedule and conduct initial candidate interviews (via Zoom/Google Meet only). Only one interview per
candidate to be provided.
