Rizegigs deducts a 10% platform fee from freelancer earnings up to a total of R100,000 per client.
Once that threshold is reached, the fee drops to 5% for that specific client going forward.
A freelancer works with a new client and earns R1,000 for a project.
Rizegigs’ platform fee is R1,000 × 10% = R100.
The freelancer receives R900.
